Summers are warm and muggy, with high temperatures often reaching 90 degrees, coupled with high humidity. Evenings offer some relief, when temperatures decrease to the upper 60s. Warm days continue into the fall, when the changing leaves paint the region in beautiful colors. Bring a jacket for cool evenings. Winter temperatures remain mild; usually in the 40s and 50s during the day, but cooling into the 20s and 30s at night, so pack appropriately. Snow is possible during mid winter, but it doesn?t usually amount to much.
